The role emphasizes weekly travel to multiple locations, coaching across seven markets, and contributing to a guest-centric sales culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in retail sales leadership in high-volume or furniture retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing managers.
• Experience using data to guide performance and results.
