1915 South is seeking a Market Manager to lead performance across assigned markets by developing sales leaders and executing data-driven strategies. The role balances in-store presence with remote coaching to deliver an exceptional guest experience in the Southeast region.

The Market Manager will oversee a network of stores, coach General Managers, and drive KPI improvements using analytics, with a focus on leadership development, execution discipline, and customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of retail sales leadership in high-volume or furniture retail.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and sales leadership across markets.
• Build leadership bench by identifying and promoting future leaders.
• Set clear expectations, inspect execution, and hold leaders accountable.
• Drive a Win the Day culture with daily priorities and urgency.
• Provide in-store coaching by observing and reinforcing selling behaviors.
• Maintain momentum through remote coaching with calls, video, and check-ins.
• Drive sales performance using data and analytics and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with store leadership to create action plans to close gaps.
• Communicate strategy clearly across all locations.
• Champion guest-centric sales culture aligning daily behavior with experience.
