Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy and execution across the Mountain and Pacific territory. The Director will manage relationships with regional commercial payers, FFS and managed Medicaid programs, and aligned IDNs for BridgeBio's current and future rare disease portfolio.

The role is accountable for launch readiness, formulary review, and resolving access barriers in partnership with various teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of biotech/pharma experience with regional payer management.
• Current, established Kaiser Permanente relationships required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medical and Pharmacy Benefit Designs.
• Ability to present complex clinical data.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships in the West.
• Develop relationships with regional payers and IDNs.
• Create account-specific business plans for the West portfolio.
• Profile accounts' formulary and policy review processes.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams.
• Ensure launch readiness and resolve access barriers.
