Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West to lead access strategy and execution for the Mountain and Pacific territories. You will manage payer relationships with regional commercial payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs to secure rapid, durable access for BridgeBio products.

The role entails coordinating with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing to ensure launch readiness and optimal coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years biotech/pharma experience with at least 5 years in regional payer account management.
• Established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers across pharmacy, medical policy, formulary/P&T, finance.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.
• Strong knowledge of Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs and Medicaid.
• Ability to present complex clinical data for approved indications.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Kaiser Permanente relationships across the West.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional payers and IDNs.
• Create account-specific business plans to support rapid access for products.
• Profile formulary/medical policy review processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain policy knowledge.
• Travel 50-60%.
