Job summary

Inframark, a leader in water management, seeks a Regional Manager to oversee the NY Region's operations, maintenance, billing and customer service. You will manage financial performance, lead cross-functional teams, and drive long-term growth within the region.

Responsibilities include budgeting, contract negotiations, SOPs adherence, staff hiring and development, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7–10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in regional management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain water/wastewater certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations, maintenance, billing and customer service.
• Manage regional budget and financial performance.
• Lead new business development activities and contract negotiations, renewals and expansions.
• Develop and implement SOPs; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, onboard, coach and develop staff; manage performance and costs.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and manage client communications.
