Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operational integrator for an assigned office or sub-region. This role coordinates cross-functional execution, translates regional strategy into local priorities, and oversees PMO, Applications Engineering, and Field Service.

You will partner with PMO, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure safe, timely, and profitable delivery while maintaining customer and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong experience in project-based operations and financial management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across Project Management, Applications Engineering, Field Service, and other supporting functions.
• Monitor office/sub-regional operational KPIs, including project health, backlog, capacity, schedule performance, profitability trends, customer issues, quality, and other operational measures.
• Engage with customers to establish and maintain relationships, foster goodwill, resolve issues, and support sales activities.
• Monitor portfolio-level financial and execution risks across assigned projects; identify trends and elevate significant risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate regular portfolio and project health reviews with Project Managers and functional leaders to address risks and opportunities.
