Qualifications

• Active highest-level state Water Operator or Wastewater Operator License.
• 7+ years of municipal water/wastewater operations and maintenance experience.
• Proven track record with facilities, staff, budgets, and regulatory agencies.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities, utility boards, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for municipal water and wastewater operations and maintenance.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of treatment facilities and distribution/collection systems.
• Lead as senior operational authority and hands-on operator when needed.
• Develop and improve operating procedures, maintenance programs, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, compliance, efficiency, and service.
