Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local integration point across PMO, Applications Engineering and Field Service.
• Monitor office/sub-regional KPIs including project health, backlog, capacity and schedule performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and elevate significant items to leadership.
• Engage with customers to establish relationships and support sales activities.
• Lead portfolio health reviews and ensure cross-functional resolution of bottlenecks.
