Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to obtain water or wastewater certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial performance for the region.
• Collaborates with departments to improve management systems.
• Establishes and tracks key performance indicators for regional goals.
• Oversees annual operating and capital budgets.
• Leads new business development, contract negotiations, renewals and scope expansion.
• Sets project goals, strategies, and SOPs.
• Ensures SOPs, OSHA, DOT and other requirements are met.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance, training, and compensation processes.
• Coaches individuals and teams for performance and improvement.
• Maintains overall customer satisfaction and client communications.
