Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to oversee EHS activities for water, wastewater, and public works projects across a designated region. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, incident reduction, and consistent safety practices across sites.

You will develop regulatory programs, ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, and lead training initiatives while collaborating with management, field teams, and contractors. Significant travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in safety management, environmental management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CSP, ASP, Safety, Water or Wastewater Operator Certification a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and Environmental Regulations.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct EHS activities for water, wastewater, and public works operations.
• Provide regional guidance to ensure consistent regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coordinate regulatory programs under OSHA/EPA.
• Manage regulatory reporting per NPDES, CWA, SDWA, and related regs.
• Oversee incident investigation, corrective actions, and training.
• Travel between projects (60–65%).
