Job summary

Inframark’s NY Region is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, billing and customer service. You will lead teams to deliver reliable water services while driving efficiency and growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of related experience and at least 5 years of supervisory leadership. A valid driver’s license is required, with potential certification in water or wastewater.

Salary range is $160K-$200K annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to obtain water/wastewater certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial performance for the region.
• Works with other departments to establish/improve management systems for long-term stability and growth.
• Establishes and tracks key performance forecasts and indicators to ensure regional performance.
• Oversees annual operating and capital budget preparation and administration.
• Leads new business development, contract negotiations, renewals, and scope expansion.
• Formulates and implements project goals, strategies, and SOPs.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, Safety, OSHA compliance.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and salary planning.
