Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing multiple facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management, operations, and customer service for multiple facilities.
• Develop and administer annual operating and capital budgets.
• Establish and track KPIs to align performance with company goals.
• Drive new business opportunities and ensure contract renewals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
