Job summary

Inframark, a leader in water management, seeks a Senior Utility Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of municipal water and wastewater systems in Mississippi and the Southeast. You will guide teams, manage contracts, and drive excellence in service delivery while maintaining close day-to-day field operations.

Applicants should have five+ years in water or wastewater operations, experience managing teams and client relationships, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in water/wastewater operations or related O&M.
• Experience leading teams and managing municipal or utility contracts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of water and wastewater operations and maintenance.
• Develop operational strategies and continuous improvement.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Drive growth through contract renewals and new opportunities.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, profitability.
• Liaise with municipal leaders, stakeholders, and regulators.
