Big Blue Swim School is hiring for a Regional Manager in the Chicago area. You will lead a region of 5-6 swim school locations, overseeing operations, guest experience, and financial performance to ensure safety, consistency, and the signature Big Blue fun. The role requires leading a management team, coaching leaders, and driving growth.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually with offers based on experience. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and 401(k).
