HallKeen Management is seeking a Regional Manager Support Specialist to lead portfolio oversight across multiple properties. The role blends on-site leadership with remote coordination to ensure budgets are met and regulatory standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have extensive multifamily experience, HUD/LIHTC familiarity, and a track record of managing multi-site teams while delivering excellent tenant service. Travel to Boston-area properties is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Public Administration or related field
• 5+ years progressive multifamily leadership with affordable housing experience; 5+ years leading multi-site teams as an Area Property Manager or Regional Property Manager
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8/HUD, HPD and HDC programs, Fair Housing, and compliance requirements
• CPM strongly preferred; NAHP-e, HCCP, COS, TCS, or equivalent designations a plus
• Proven success in NOI, occupancy, delinquency, and compliance performance across large portfolios
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and property management software (RealPage, MRI)

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership oversight across a portfolio of properties, ensuring budgets are met and compliance with HUD and LIHTC requirements
• Support on-site teams with rent processing, lease administration, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate property management reviews and ensure accurate reporting on occupancy and financial metrics
• Assist with HUD/LIHTC income certifications and waitlist management
• Travel to properties in the Boston area as needed
