HallKeen Management is seeking a Property Management Support Specialist in Norwood, MA, serving the South of Boston area. This full-time role requires frequent travel to multiple properties and includes comprehensive benefits. The starting pay is $38 per hour.

You will process rents, manage applications, HUD/LIHTC certifications, and coordinate repairs, while delivering excellent resident service and maintaining strict attention to detail. Travel to sites south of Boston is required.

Formación

• Familiar with multifamily property management operations.
• Impeccable attention to detail and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process rental payments and track rent collections.
• Tour and lease apartments; process rental applications.
• Complete HUD and LIHTC income certifications; manage waitlists.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance and vendors; prepare for property reviews.
• Provide resident support and assist with interviews for open positions.
