Job summary

HallKeen Management is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across properties in the Boston area. This full-time role focuses on keeping the building systems, safety, and common areas functioning at a high standard.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing on-call emergencies and vendor relationships, and preparing annual budgets in collaboration with the Property Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has supervisory experience and the ability to lead a maintenance team.
• Strong communication skills with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and property maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team across properties and coordinate staff and vendors.
• Perform repairs related to electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Oversee safety equipment and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage on-call emergency service rotation and snow removal.
• Prepare annual maintenance and capital budgets with supervision.
