Job summary

HallKeen Real Estate Management Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager Support Specialist in the Boston area. The role blends on-site leadership with remote coordination to ensure properties meet budget targets and regulatory requirements.

Strong budgeting, cash management, and compliance experience are essential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in multifamily leadership, HUD/LIHTC knowledge, and proficiency with RealPage, MRI, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive multifamily leadership with affordable housing experience.
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8/HUD, HPD and HDC programs, Fair Housing, and compliance requirements.
• CPM/NAHP-e/HCCP/COS/TCS or equivalent designations are a plus.
• Proven success in NOI, occupancy, delinquency, and compliance across large portfolios.
• Proficiency with RealPage, MRI, and Microsoft 365 systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of budgeting, financial oversight, and cash management across the portfolio.
• Support on-site teams with leasing, rent processing, and HUD/LIHTC income certifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance to ensure property operations meet regulatory and budget targets.
