Job summary

HallKeen Real Estate Management Inc. is seeking a Property Management Support Specialist to assist in daily multifamily operations in Norwood, MA and surrounding areas. The role involves processing payments, leasing, and coordinating with maintenance teams across properties south of Boston.

The ideal candidate has experience in multifamily property management, HUD/LIHTC knowledge, and strong communication skills. Some travel to properties outside MA may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in multifamily property management.
Familiarity with Real Page One Site management software.
Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC programs.

Responsibilities

Process rental payments and track rent collections.
Process invoices for payment.
Tour and lease apartments.
Process rental applications and HUD/LIHTC income certifications.
Manage waitlists and coordinate repairs with vendors.
Support property management reviews and resident inquiries.
Assist with interviewing for open positions.
