Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Success SE Region to lead regional provider success and execute our national strategy across the South region. You will own regional outcomes, grow provider adoption of Counterpart Assistant, and ensure alignment with national playbooks while tailoring execution to local markets.

You will lead regional teams, coach directors of operations and account managers, and build executive relationships with provider partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field required.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or provider operations.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or risk-bearing health plans is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals.
• Own regional outcomes including provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and issue resolution.
• Drive adoption and value realization of Counterpart Assistant in regional markets.
• Lead and coach regional provider success teams and build executive-level provider relationships.
• Identify regional blockers and coordinate with national leadership for solutions.
