Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Success SE Region to lead regional provider relationships and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant across the South. This role partners with Clinical, Network, Growth, and Operations leaders to ensure national standards are executed locally, coaching Regional Directors and Account Managers.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in healthcare operations and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or value-based care programs.
• 4+ years of Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or other risk-bearing health plan models.
• Experience defining and guiding account-level strategy for provider-facing or field-based teams.
• Strong experience in operational design, process improvement, and change management.
• Proven experience leading and influencing both direct and indirect teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals.
• Own regional outcomes, including provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and issue resolution.
• Drive increased adoption and sustained use of Counterpart Assistant across assigned markets.
• Apply national playbooks and workflows while tailoring execution to local provider and market needs.
