Job summary

Counterpart Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Success SE Region to lead regional provider success strategies and outcomes. You will own provider relationships, coach regional teams, and drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant across markets.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Network, Growth, and Operations leaders to tailor national playbooks to local market needs and ensure enterprise-level resolution of blockers.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or provider operations.
• 4+ years experience with Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or risk-bearing health plan models.
• Experience defining and guiding account-level strategy for provider-facing teams.
• Strong experience in operational design and process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and influence both direct and indirect teams.
• Experience collaborating with Primary Care providers.

Responsibilities

• Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals.
• Own regional outcomes including provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and issue resolution.
• Drive adoption and sustained use of Counterpart Assistant across assigned markets.
• Know and apply national playbooks while tailoring execution to local needs.
• Partner with regional Clinical, Network, Growth, and Operations leaders for coordinated execution.
