Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Success for the Southeast region. You will drive provider relationships, team performance, and market outcomes to execute the national provider success strategy in the South.

You will lead regional teams, coach Directors of Operations and Account Managers, and build executive relationships with key provider partners to deliver regional goals and improvements in provider experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare related field, master’s preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or provider operations.
• Experience with value-based care programs and risk-bearing health plan models.
• Proven ability to lead and influence both direct and indirect teams.
• Experience defining and guiding account-level strategy for provider-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals.
• Own regional outcomes, including provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and issue resolution.
• Drive adoption and sustained use of Counterpart Assistant across assigned markets.
• Lead regional provider success teams and manage executive-level relationships.
