Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Cut Produce Kiosks to oversee operations, sales, and distribution across franchisee-run kiosks within an assigned region. This role ensures franchisees meet brand standards, drive efficiency, and hit sales targets while coordinating with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required or to be obtained within an agreed timeframe post-hiring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize regional operations across franchisee kiosks.
• Ensure brand standards and safety compliance.
• Drive regional sales and operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor regional managers and supervisors.
• Coordinate schedules, hiring, and training.
• Prepare weekly regional reports.
• Travel within the region and occasional national trips.
