Job summary

GBC Food Services is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations, sales, and distribution of cut produce kiosks across franchisee-run sites within a defined region. You will drive growth, ensure brand standards, and support franchisee success through collaboration with host locations and supply chain teams.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong P&L acumen, and the ability to guide franchisees in marketing, recruitment, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• CANDIDATES should possess ServSafe Manager Certification upon joining or acquire it within an agreed timeframe post-hiring.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, sales, and distribution for cut produce kiosks across the region.
• Ensure franchisees maintain brand standards and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and supply chain personnel to optimize operations.
• Lead hiring and development of Regional Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Monitor and report on regional performance, conduct audits, and ensure safety and quality standards.
