Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Cut Produce Kiosks to oversee operations, sales, and distribution across franchised kiosks within a defined region. You will ensure franchisees meet brand standards, drive efficiency, and hit sales targets.

You will collaborate with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and supply chain to optimize performance, support openings, and sustain a win-win-win model for company, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in operations or franchise management.
• ServSafe Manager Certification to be possessed at joining or acquired within timeframe.
• Strong understanding of business and finance concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, sales, and distribution across regional kiosks.
• Lead hiring and training for regional managers and supervisors.
• Analyze P&L statements and set performance targets.
• Conduct store visits and audit franchisee compliance.
• Drive regional sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with franchisees, host locations, and supply chain.
