Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification upon joining or within an agreed timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize regional P&L statements and operations.
• Attend and report on regional sales meetings and franchisee visits.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for Regional Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Ensure brand standards and safety practices across franchise locations.
• Collaborate with franchisees, hosts, sales, and supply chain teams to drive growth.
• Develop strategies to improve sales, menu execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead audits, compliance, and regional operational improvements.
• Coordinate openings, transitions, and local chef recruitment.
