Job summary

GBC Food Services is seeking a Regional Manager of Cut Produce Kiosks in the United States. This role oversees operations, sales, and distribution across franchisee-run kiosks within a defined region, driving growth and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

The position collaborates with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and supply chain personnel to optimize performance and profitability. The Regional Manager will lead hiring and training for regional managers, supervise scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in operations, sales, or franchise management.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required or to be obtained within an agreed timeframe.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, sales, and distribution across franchisee kiosks within a region.
• Ensure franchisees meet brand standards and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with franchisees, host locations, sales teams and supply chain personnel.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for regional staff.
