Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Cut Produce Kiosks to oversee operations, sales, and distribution across franchisee-run kiosks in a defined region. You will ensure franchisees meet brand standards, drive efficiency, and achieve sales targets while collaborating with franchisees, hosts, sales teams, and supply chain professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required or obtained shortly after hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations and franchisee performance to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
• Analyze P&L statements and implement improvement strategies.
• Visit franchise locations for audits and coaching with standard operating procedures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Regional Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Collaborate with franchisees, host locations, sales, and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
• Prepare weekly regional reports and communicate outcomes to the Director of Franchisee Operations.
