Follett Corporation in Los Angeles is seeking a strategic leader to oversee multiple college bookstores within a regional group. You will drive budgets, goals, service levels and policy administration to store managers serving students, faculty, and staff.

You will guide sales, merchandising, and operations, leveraging Follett systems and industry knowledge to execute initiatives, drive profits, and control costs. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of big box or large multi-unit retail management experience.
• 5+ years of multi-store management at a District Manager or multi-unit level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all functions for multiple college bookstores within a group, including budgets and policy administration.
• Oversee sales, service, merchandising, and operations across stores in a geographic area.
• Motivate and empower associates through communication and change management.
• Analyze financial performance and develop regional budgets to meet goals.
• Maintain relationships with campus stakeholders and internal partners.
• Ensure policy compliance, asset protection, and customer experience excellence.
• Manage transitions of new stores and closures due to contract changes.
