Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence a team; travel minimal (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Drive results by executing operating plans and daily store operations.
• Lead promotions, events, merchandising, displays, and advertising copy.
• Partner with Regional Manager to review store financials and drive sales.
• Oversee campus relationships, events, and advisory committees.
• Manage talent end-to-end: recruiting, coaching, development, and performance.
• Foster an engaging customer service culture and ensure a safe, compliant store.
