Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Retail management or strong customer service experience with organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop full-time, part-time, and temporary staff.
• Prepare and execute operating plans for all store departments.
• Develop campus relationships and partner with campus administration and athletics.
• Oversee course materials management, inventory, and adoptions.
• Drive customer service excellence and store presentation.
• Lead store projects, including renovations and openings.
• Ensure back-office processes and stock shipments align with policies.
• May oversee additional locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
