Job summary

Asset Living in Washington is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of housing communities. You will manage operations, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and fair housing guidelines.

This offsite leadership role requires strong people management, budgeting, and regulatory oversight, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as Regional Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Lead offsite staff and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, revenues, and expenditures to achieve NOI goals.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administration to ensure high occupancy and service quality.

Education

Affordable housing experience including LIHTC

Prior experience as Regional Manager

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

CAM or ARM certification preferred

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
