Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio nationwide. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and fair housing guidelines.

This offsite leadership role supervises on-site staff and partners with senior leadership. You will direct staff development, budgeting, and performance, striving for NOI improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as Regional Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and LIHTC/Section 8 policies.
• Lead staff recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop budgets/forecasts and provide monthly income/expense evaluations.
• Possess travel 25–50% annually for site visits and oversight.
