Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee operations across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Dallas, TX. You will ensure compliance with housing laws, manage budgets, and lead onsite teams to maximize performance and resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring LIHTC applications and certifications, coordinating with regulators, and driving cost controls, revenue enhancements, and NOI improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affordable housing operations.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 programs.
• Experience with annual certifications and regulatory audits.
• Ability to lead and develop onsite staff.
• Strong financial oversight and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity and fair housing laws.
• Monitor LIHTC applications and annual recertifications.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and forecasts.
• Inspect properties and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Lead staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Achieve NOI targets through cost controls and revenue/lease improvements.
