• Ensure Equal Housing Opportunity and Fair Housing compliance.
• Monitor LIHTC and Section 8 policies and procedures.
• Oversee LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with funding contracts and reporting.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with regulators.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
