Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to lead operations for a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to LIHTC and fair housing laws.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to coach staff across sites. Travel is anticipated 25–50% to support onsite teams and implement company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• LIHTC experience and fair housing knowledge are important assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a multi-site affordable housing portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and fair housing guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and capital improvements.
• Lead on-site staff, leasing, training, and performance management.
• Travel 25-50% for site visits and oversight.
