Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking Roaming Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance across properties within the region, including carpentry, painting and basic repairs.

The role requires regular travel and on-call availability, with travel expenses possibly reimbursed. Qualifications include a High School diploma, 5 years of multifamily/commercial/hotel maintenance, HVAC EPA Type II certification, and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical and building systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
• 1–2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and investor regulations and policies.
• Must be willing to do daily travel within region.
• Prepare for state agency and investor inspections and ensure OSHA and EPA property compliance.
• Prioritize work orders for assigned properties.
• Ensure properties maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Lead make-ready processes with unit turns, including painting and carpet cleaning.
