Qualifications

• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.

• Strong working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and investor regulations.
• Travel to various sites for maintenance duties.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Maintain properties' exceptional curb appeal.
