The position requires 5 years of multifamily/hospitality maintenance, HVAC and building systems knowledge, and willingness to travel regionally. OSHA/EPA compliance and on-call availability are part of the duties.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
• 1–2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas.
• Travel daily within the region and be available for on-call after hours.
• Prepare for state agency and investor inspections and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Prioritize and manage work orders for assigned properties.
