Fairway Management, Inc. seeks Roaming Maintenance Techs to support multiple properties across the region. You will perform routine maintenance such as carpentry, painting, and basic repairs, with travel between communities and training responsibilities.

Travel expenses may be reimbursed where applicable and you will report to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, prioritizing work orders, and maintaining curb appeal while coordinating

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certifica­tion experience and trial repairs preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multifamily, commercial or hotel properties.
• Travel regionally to service properties and ensure curb appeal and compliance.
• Lead make ready processes, inspections, and safety training as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and train assigned staff on systems.
