Job summary

Fairway Management, a JES Holdings division, is seeking Roaming Maintenance Technicians to support regional maintenance across properties. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, make-ready unit turns, and preparing properties for inspections, with travel and after-hours on-call duties.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of multifamily/commercial/hotel maintenance experience, HVAC EPA Type II certification, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and

5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
1–2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic repairs.
Lead make ready process with unit turns in a timely manner, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning.
Prepare for state and investor inspections and ensure OSHA and EPA property compliance.
Travel within region; be available for on-call after hours.
Maintain curb appeal of properties, buildings and common areas.
Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks as needed.
Repair and replace HVAC equipment; troubleshoot as required.
Train assigned staff on company systems, building systems, and safety.
