Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and investor regulations and policies.
• Prioritize work orders for assigned properties and maintain curb appeal.
• Prepare for state agency and investor inspections; ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Lead make-ready processes with unit turns and perform preventive maintenance.
• Be available for on-call after hours; travel regionally; train assigned staff.
