Job summary

Fairway Management seeks Roaming Maintenance Techs to support a large portfolio of affordable housing. You will perform routine maintenance, including rough carpentry, painting, and basic repairs, with regular travel within the region to keep properties in curb appeal and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, preparing for inspections, and ensuring safety protocols. Candidates need 5 years of multi-property maintenance experience and HVAC EPA Type II

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
• 1–2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and investor regulations and policies.
• Prioritize work orders for assigned properties.
• Lead make-ready process with unit turns and related tasks.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Travel within region for assignments and inspections as required.
