Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is looking for a Roaming Maintenance Technician who will provide support at a regional level by performing routine maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of maintenance experience in a related field, must hold HVAC certifications, and be comfortable with regular travel within the region. This is a full-time position requiring strong physical abilities and the use of maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
• 1 to 2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and investor regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry and painting.
• Maintain curb appeal of properties and ensure they meet safety standards.
