Job summary

Fairway Management, a JES Holdings division, seeks Roaming Maintenance Techs to support regional properties with routine maintenance such as rough carpentry, painting, and basic repairs. This role requires regular travel within the region to maintain curb appeal and compliance with local, state, and investor requirements.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, leading make-ready tasks, performing quarterly preventative checks, and ensuring safety and documentation during inspections.

Qualifications

5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
1–2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems (eg. Door entry systems, fire suppression systems).

Responsibilities

Roaming maintenance support at a regional level.
Perform routine maintenance tasks: rough carpentry, painting, basic repairs.
Lead make-ready process with unit turns; manage painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning as needed.
Prepare for and assist with state and investor inspections; ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
