Job summary

Asset Living is a leading property management partner providing comprehensive maintenance services for multifamily and single-family communities. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, manage staff and vendor coordination, and ensure safety and quality across our properties.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with the Community Manager to oversee preventative maintenance, safety programs, and on-call responses, while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and coordinate staff and vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Plan preventative maintenance and manage inventory within budget.
• Respond to service requests and supervise make-ready inspections.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and compliance.
