Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and daily staff activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and high resident satisfaction.

You will work with the Community Manager to staff, schedule, and manage vendors while maintaining budgets and records for compliance and quality. This is a full-time on-site role requiring on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Manage staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Manage vendor relations and budget adherence for maintenance activities.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to property needs.
