Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a community, supervising staff and vendors while ensuring safety and responsive service. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and inventory within budget.

Essential duties include hands-on maintenance, scheduling, and coordinating with the Community Manager to deliver timely make-readies and repairs. A strong emphasis on safety, OSHA guidelines, and Fair Housing compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is desirable.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and on-site supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and quality.
