Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multi-location communities. You will supervise staff, manage service requests, execute preventative maintenance, and ensure safety compliance and high resident satisfaction.

You’ll work with the Community Manager to plan resources, monitor budgets, and maintain records. The role requires on-site presence, on-call readiness, and strong organizational skills across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce repairs.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff under Community Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to incidents.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
• Assist with upkeep of offices and common areas.
